We pay $150 to $200 for every deal you close. There is no cap, and once we pay you it is yours.

We are looking for closers. Not setters. People who can get a contractor on the phone, understand what is breaking in his business, show him the app, and ask for the money. You control your wins, but you will have our full support.
How the money works
Your rate per deal goes up as you close more, and it never resets. Self-sourced deals pay more than the leads we hand you. Annual sales pay a bonus on top. We have attached the full framework as a PDF — every tier, every rate, and what you would actually make at different paces, in English and Spanish.
Three things worth knowing up front:
No clawback. We pay 30 days after the customer's first payment, as long as the account is still active. After that it is yours. If they cancel in month four, you keep every dollar.
No quota. Nobody gets fired for a slow month. We ask for a real minimum of 10 hours a week, and the seat is yours as long as you are working it.
No ceiling. No cap on deals, no cap on hours, no cap on what you can be paid.
Refer someone good, and we pay you for it
Bring us another closer, and we pay you on every deal they close in their first year. It comes out of Foundry's pocket, never theirs. Details are in the PDF.
English or Spanish. Either one. - Must speak very good English, however, to communicate with the Foundry team.
About a quarter of our customers speak Spanish, and nobody else is calling them properly. You only need enough conversational English to work with us here at Foundry. If you are selling in Spanish, your English does not have to be perfect.
You are on the team
Training. Slack, Zoho CRM, Meta Ads, our full software stack, our collateral, leads from our funded advertising, and thirteen people behind you across product, engineering, automation and marketing.
A founder who answers his own messages and will join you on a call.
This can become a retained seat with a base. We have already done it once with our first Account Executive.
How this works
Fixed-price contract. We fund a milestone for your training and first calls, then a milestone for each deal you close. Everything paid through Upwork.
