Senior Civil Project Manager – High Rise Construction

Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil and structural execution at site.
Oversee piling, D-wall, excavation, basement and RCC works.
Review drawings, method statements, schedules and construction plans.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams.
Monitor project progress, manpower, productivity and timelines.
Ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings/specifications.
Identify delays and technical issues and provide regular progress reports.
Candidate Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – mandatory.
12–15 years of civil construction experience.
High-rise residential/commercial project experience.
Hands-on D-wall, piling and basement construction experience – mandatory.
Strong RCC and structural execution knowledge.
Coastal-region project experience preferred.
Must be willing to relocate to Panjim, Goa.
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred.
Salary: ₹1,10,000 – ₹1,20,000 net take-home per month
Accommodation: Bachelor's accommodation provided separately, over and above salary.
