Working Hours: 3 hours/day
Salary: BDT 8,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and communicative individual to join our team as a Sales & Client Outreach Executive. The role involves identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential foreign customers via email to promote and close sales of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential international customers/buyers for our products
Draft and send professional, persuasive outreach emails to prospective clients
Follow up consistently with leads to convert them into customers
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations via email
Maintain organized records of leads, communications, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the internal team on order details, pricing, and delivery timelines
Report weekly progress and outreach results to management
Requirements
Excellent written English and communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Final-year university students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, English, or a related field are preferred
Prior experience in sales, email marketing, or customer outreach is a plus (not mandatory)
Comfortable with tools like Gmail/Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn
Must have a personal laptop/computer and a stable internet connection
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Available for daily/weekly check-ins via phone, WhatsApp, or video call
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with ownership
