GORDX by Gordon Corporation is looking for Independent Sales Partners to help UK small businesses get paid faster.
ABOUT GORDX
GORDX is financial admin, automated. Small businesses send professional invoices with a pay-by-card button, get paid straight into their bank, and let GORDX chase late payments automatically — no more awkward "just following up" emails.
Late payments cost UK businesses billions every year and owners lose hours chasing money they've already earned. GORDX fixes that from £30 a month. No contracts, nothing to install.
We're a new, founder-led company, and we're building our founding sales team.
THE ROLE
You'll introduce GORDX to small business owners — tradespeople, salons, cleaners, agencies, consultants and other small UK businesses — and help them sign up.
This is a self-employed, commission-only partnership, not an employed position. That means:
- You choose your own hours — no shifts, no minimum hours
- You choose your own approach — calls, email, social, your own network, in person
- No targets and no pressure quotas
- You can work alongside other jobs or clients
WHAT YOU EARN
You earn on the first four payments of every customer you bring in:
- Month 1: 50% of their payment
- Months 2 and 3: a third of their payment
- Month 4: a sixth of their payment
On our £30 plan, that's £15, then £10, £10 and £5 — £40 per customer. On GORDX+ (£45), it's £60 per customer.
Example: bring in 5 customers a month on the £30 plan, and by your fourth month you're earning around £200 a month from those customers alone. Commission is paid monthly once the customer's payment has cleared. (Illustrative only — earnings depend entirely on your results.)

- Our top partners will be first to sell GORDXPRO and GORDXTRA when they launch in 2027
WHAT WE PROVIDE

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Based in the UK, aged 18+
- Confident talking to business owners
- Sales, customer service or business experience is a bonus, not essential
- Self-motivated — you'll be running your own diary
- Bonus points if you already know small business owners
GOOD TO KNOW
As an independent partner you'll be self-employed and responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. You'll use your own phone and laptop.
We're starting with a small founding cohort, with new partners joining monthly after that.
