Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, lifestyle, and budget constraints.
Concept Development: Create comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with project goals.
Technical Drafting & Modeling: Produce accurate 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and floor plans using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
Material & Finish Selection: Choose and specify finishes, furniture, lighting, flooring, wall coverings, and color palettes.
Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and craftspeople to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Budget & Procurement: Prepare cost estimates, manage purchasing timelines, and oversee budget allocation.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and resolve construction-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 0 to2 years of professional interior design experience (residential or commercial).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong working knowledge of space planning, building codes, and material specifications.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional visual and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Creative problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
