Applications are now open for the 2026 1PAX Graduate Fellowship, a paid international fellowship for emerging architects who want to gain experience working on airport, transportation, and urban development projects alongside an international team and research with the mentorship of our experienced architects.
At 1PAX, we believe talent exists everywhere. The Fellowship is designed to help early-career architects gain exposure to international projects, professional mentorship, and collaborative design environments while contributing to projects that improve how millions of people move around the world.
About the Fellowship
As a 1PAX Graduate Fellow, you will:
Collaborate with our international design team
Contribute to airport, transportation, and urban development projects.
Learn industry-leading design methodologies and digital workflows.
Receive mentorship from senior architects and designers.
Gain experience working in a multicultural, international environment.
Research a topic that you are passionate about
Fellowship Details
Duration: 6 months
Start date: October 15, 2026
Format: Primarily remote
Includes a fully funded visit to our Paris office
Paid fellowship
Two Fellows will be selected worldwide
Qualifications
Applicants should:Be final-year Architecture students graduating before October 2026.
Demonstrate strong academic performance and design potential.
Have a strong design portfolio.
Have professional working proficiency in English.
Be passionate about shaping the future of mobility, transportation, and public spaces.
Be able to work collaboratively in an international team.
