Accountant

Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the accounting, finance and compliance functions across our cafés, roastery and group operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR and vendor payments.
* Handle GST, TDS, statutory filings and compliance.
* Reconcile POS, bank, UPI and cash transactions.
* Manage outlet-wise and business-wise financial records.
* Prepare monthly P&L, MIS, cash-flow and financial reports.
* Track expenses, receivables, payables and cash flow.
* Support inventory, costing and profitability analysis.
* Coordinate with CAs, auditors and statutory authorities.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely financial closures.
* Identify discrepancies and support management with financial insights.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience; F&B/hospitality experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
* Proficiency in Tally/accounting software, Excel and Google Sheets.
* Experience with POS and bank reconciliations.
* Strong attention to detail, ownership and analytical skills.
* Dehradun-based candidates preferred.
* Comfortable with a hybrid setup and regular on-ground coordination.
