UK Banking Operations Specialist | India | Remote Freelance Project
📍 Location: India — applications welcome nationwide
Have you personally handled UK business or commercial banking operations while working for a UK bank?
We have a confirmed, paid freelance project reviewing a simulated SME/mid-market banking environment used to train AI agents.
Commitment
• Approximately 11.5 hours for one task
• Complete during 28 September–2 October 2026
• Ideally 1–2 days after starting
• Fully remote; part-time scheduling possible
Mandatory requirements
• At least 3 years of hands-on UK business/commercial banking servicing or operations within the past 5 years
• Experience working for a UK bank
• Fluent English
We are particularly interested in experience with:
• UK payments: Bacs, CHAPS, Faster Payments and SWIFT
• Payment repairs, returns, recalls and investigations
• Business-account mandates, signatories and online banking permissions
• Approval limits, cash management and banking fees
• Loan drawdowns or repayments
Please clearly identify the UK business-client processes you personally handled. Employment with a global banking group alone does not establish the required UK experience.
