Role Description This full-time on-site Associate role is based in Gurgaon and supports day-to-day hotel operations to ensure a smooth guest experience. The Associate will assist with front office or guest services, including check-in/check-out support, handling guest queries, and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities may include maintaining documentation, supporting reservations, and assisting with billing or payment processes according to hotel policies. The role also involves ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in designated areas, escalating issues to supervisors when needed, and contributing to the overall efficiency and hospitality of the property.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and guest relationship skills, with a focus on courtesy, professionalism, and problem-solving.
Good communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to interact clearly with guests and team members.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with hotel systems, reservation platforms, and standard office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, maintaining attention to detail and reliability.
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification typically at the high school or diploma level; a degree in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
Commitment to teamwork, punctuality, adherence to company policies, and a professional appearance.
