Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Sangamner. The Technician will perform routine installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems, following company procedures and safety standards. Daily tasks may include diagnosing technical issues, replacing parts, performing basic testing, and documenting work performed. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and team members to plan work schedules, manage tools and materials, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. The Technician will also interact with customers in a professional manner, provide clear updates on work status, and report any issues that require escalation.
Qualifications
Ability to perform basic technical diagnostics, equipment installation, and routine maintenance using appropriate tools and methods.
Strong attention to detail for following instructions, checking work quality, and maintaining accurate records of services performed.
Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and customers on-site.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow company safety guidelines at all times.
Basic computer literacy for reading work orders, entering data, and using mobile or digital tools as required.
Prior experience in a technician, maintenance, or field service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant technical training, certification, or diploma in a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Sangamner full time, with reliability, punctuality, and readiness to learn new tasks.
