Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will work full time on-site in Vadodara, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and implementing machine learning and deep learning models, building and optimizing neural network architectures, and developing production-grade software components that integrate with existing enterprise systems. The role involves working on pattern recognition tasks, natural language processing (NLP) workflows, and data pipelines to support automation in finance, HR, and core operational processes. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will also participate in requirement analysis, experimentation, performance tuning, documentation, and support for deployed systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Candidates should possess skills in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for designing, training, and evaluating AI and deep learning models.
Candidates should possess experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model development, text analytics, and language-based automation.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including proficiency in languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and version control systems.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Additional beneficial skills include experience with MLOps practices, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), database technologies, and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment are expected.
