Role Description The Web Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and updating website content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing web pages, coordinating with designers and developers, managing content within CMS platforms, and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across the site. The role also involves monitoring web analytics to optimize content performance, conducting keyword and competitor research, and supporting content strategy initiatives for campaigns and product pages. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong Web Content Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused copy.
Hands-on experience in Content Management and Content Strategy, including working with content management systems (CMS).
Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make content optimization recommendations.
Solid understanding of SEO basics and digital best practices for web content.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly content.
Prior experience in a web content or digital marketing role is preferred but not mandatory.
