Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Representative at Nayan Optics in Indore. The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing eyewear, providing product knowledge and recommendations, handling sales transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining store appearance, organizing merchandise, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to deliver sales targets and meet customer needs
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Experience in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of eyewear and optical products is a plus
