What I need
Proven experience bidding on Upwork, with results you can show
Solid understanding of full stack web development. You must be able to read a job post, understand the technical requirements, and write proposals that show that understanding. This is mandatory.
Ability to spot good clients and skip weak ones
Target clients
Hourly: $15/hr or higher. Better clients are always preferred.
Fixed price: lower priority. Apply only when there is no ongoing long-term project, and only if the budget is at least $400.
Projects under $400: do not apply.
Compensation (commission only, no base salary)
Interview secured: PKR 10,000 per interview
Long-term hourly client win: PKR 60,000 + 10% of what I earn from that client in the first 2 weeks
Fixed-price client hired: 10% of the total project price
There is no base salary. I want someone who is confident in their ability to bring results, not someone sending random applications.
Connects budget
You start with 3,000 Connects per month.
For every client you win, your monthly Connects budget goes up. More clients means more Connects, and more Connects means more chances to earn.
Having been an Upwork freelancer myself, I know 3,000 Connects is more than enough for a good bidder to land at least 10 interviews a month. That is the minimum I expect.
