Luxury in India is being rewritten by creators. We want the person who sells that future.
YKONE is a global creator marketing group, part of ONE Group, an FT1000-ranked European creator group, with teams across Paris, Europe and Asia. In India, YKONE runs with Barcode Entertainment. Together we have a 350K+ creator network, official partnerships with YouTube, Meta and Snapchat, and Campaygn, our in-house AI campaign platform.
We're now building a dedicated Luxury & Mass-Premium practice and need someone who can walk into a luxury CMO's office and close.
Who you'll be pitching :
Global luxury houses entering or scaling in India: fashion, leather goods, watches, fragrance.
Indian luxury and couture: designer labels, fine jewellery, heritage brands.
Mass-premium: premium beauty and skincare, D2C labels, spirits, premium auto, luxury hospitality and travel.
What you'll own :
Revenue. You carry a number and build the pipeline from first coffee to signed retainer.
The big idea. Creator and celebrity collaborations, launch moments, fashion-week and event amplification, creator-led content studios.
The proof. You'll pair aspiration with numbers: creator whitelisting and partnership ads, affiliate, and campaigns that report ROAS and CAC, not just reach.
Global mandates. You'll work with YKONE Paris and Asia to bring international luxury briefs into India and take Indian brands global.
Our point of view. You'll build the luxury creator playbook, trend decks and case studies that make brands call us first.
What success looks like
First 90 days: 20+ luxury or premium brand meetings, 5 live pitches, your first win.
Year one: 4–6 new luxury and premium logos, at least 2 converted to always-on retainers.
You're our person if you have
6–10 years in brand solutions, BD or partnerships at a creator or digital agency, a luxury media house (think Vogue/GQ branded content) or a luxury retailer.
Real relationships with marketing heads at luxury and premium brands, and wins you can name.
Hands-on performance chops: Meta and Google ads, creator ads, attribution and funnel metrics.
Taste. You understand quiet luxury, craft and heritage, and you know when not to use a meme.
The ability to sell a story to the CMO and defend the math to the CFO.
Bonus points
You've worked with international luxury houses or inside a global network.
You have a fashion, beauty or celebrity network.
You've been to a fashion week for work, not just for the photos.
