Role Description The Junior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, and supporting the successful delivery of AI-powered beauty solutions for client brands and partners. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage documentation, monitor project progress, and assist in resolving issues that impact scope, schedule, or quality. Responsibilities include communicating status updates, supporting logistics and implementation planning, and ensuring that project requirements are clearly understood and executed. The role also includes assisting with vendor coordination, inspection and quality checks, and providing post-deployment support to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
Project coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and documentation.
Expeditor and expediting skills to follow up on deliverables, track dependencies, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
Inspection skills to support quality checks, review deliverables, and verify adherence to specifications and standards.
Logistics management skills to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking resources, materials, and deployments.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Comfort working with technology-driven products; experience or interest in AI, beauty tech, or e-commerce is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
