Business Systems Developer – Zoho Creator

About the Role
Shivrit Renewables Private Limited is looking for a Business Systems Developer – Zoho Creator to help build and continuously improve our internal ERP-style business management platform.
This role is suited to someone who can go beyond simply creating forms and workflows.
You will work closely with management to understand business processes and convert them into structured applications covering areas such as:
- Procurement
- Sales
- Vendor and customer management
- Logistics and shipment tracking
- Documentation
- Invoicing and payment tracking
- Expense allocation
- Commercial reporting
- Management dashboards
- Approval workflows
- Operational alerts and controls
The long-term objective is to build a centralized, scalable business operating system that reduces manual work and provides strong operational visibility across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Zoho Creator
- Design forms, reports, dashboards and custom pages
- Write and maintain Deluge scripts
- Build automated workflows, alerts and approval processes
- Design relational data structures between different business modules
- Automate repetitive operational processes
- Develop management dashboards and exception reports
- Integrate Zoho Creator with third-party applications using APIs and webhooks
- Import, structure and clean operational data
- Implement user roles and access controls
- Test applications before deployment
- Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows
- Maintain clear technical and system documentation
You may also work progressively with tools such as Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Microsoft 365, APIs and other business applications.
What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Zoho Creator
- Deluge scripting
- Workflow automation
- Relational databases
- REST APIs / JSON / Webhooks
- Dashboards and reporting
- Business process automation
Experience developing systems relating to ERP, logistics, supply chain, procurement, inventory, finance or operations would be an advantage.
More important than industry experience is the ability to understand a business process, structure the underlying data correctly and build a scalable solution.

Working Arrangement
The role can be performed on a hybrid or remote basis.
Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred, as occasional in-person meetings may be required for requirement discussions, testing and implementation.
Strong remote candidates from other locations may also be considered.
