Plant Head – Manufacturing

At least 10 years of experience in the MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Location: Behind Saurabh Hotel, Katraj, Mumbai Pune Bypass Rd Flyover, Ambegaon Budruk, Tal. Haveli, Maharashtra 411046
Key Responsibilities
Plant Operations: Oversee day-to-day plant operations, production and workforce management.
Production Management: Ensure smooth production and identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
Supply Chain: Manage ordering, inventory and material availability.
Facilities & Fabrication: Oversee facility management and fabrication-related works.
Security: Manage plant security and ensure a safe working environment.
Team Supervision: Supervise teams and ensure smooth coordination across different functions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor productivity, quality and overall operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Previous experience as a Plant Head, General Manager, or in a similar senior management role.
Experience managing multiple functions including production, supply chain, facilities.
Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage plant operations independently and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
