Job Overview
We are hiring Telecallers for collection and recovery processes for Banks and NBFCs. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue loan/credit card installments and following up for payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
- Communicate with customers regarding pending EMIs/installments.
- Understand customer concerns and follow up for payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
- Achieve assigned calling and collection targets.
- Handle customer conversations professionally and politely.
Eligibility
- DRA-certified candidates are preferred.
- Non-DRA candidates and freshers can also apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in collection, recovery, telecalling, banking, or NBFCs will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary
- Non-DRA / Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month
- DRA Candidates: Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Training
Training and guidance will be provided to selected candidates, including freshers.
