Social Media & E-commerce Content Manager

Sashaa World is looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of our brand's digital presence across social media and our Shopify website.
We're looking for someone with a strong visual aesthetic who can combine social media management, graphic design, content creation, photography/videography and e-commerce execution.
This is not a role limited to posting content or managing a content calendar. We want someone who can conceptualise, create, shoot, design and execute content independently.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Manage Sashaa World's Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social platforms
Plan and execute monthly and weekly content calendars
Conceptualise engaging Reels, Stories, carousels and social campaigns
Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them creatively for the brand
Write engaging captions and social media copy
Schedule and publish content consistently
Monitor performance, engagement and content insights
Suggest new ideas to improve reach, engagement and brand presence
Content Creation & Shoots
Conceptualise and execute product and lifestyle shoots
Shoot high-quality content using a smartphone/camera
Create and edit Reels, product videos, BTS content and campaign videos
Style home-furnishing products aesthetically for content
Have a strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing and visual storytelling
Independently take content from idea → shoot → edit → final post
Graphic Design
Create high-quality social media posts, Stories and carousels
Design website banners, campaign creatives, sale creatives and digital advertisements
Maintain a consistent and premium brand aesthetic
Strong understanding of typography, colour, layouts and visual communication
Create creatives for email, WhatsApp and other digital marketing channels when required
Shopify & E-commerce
Manage and regularly update the Sashaa World Shopify website
Upload and optimise products, images, descriptions and collections
Create/update homepage banners, collection pages and landing pages
Execute website updates for sales, launches and campaigns
Manage discount codes and promotional updates
Continuously improve the website's visual presentation and customer experience
Skills & Experience
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent graphic-design skills and a strong portfolio
Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Experience with video-editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
Hands-on experience with Shopify
Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
Good photography/videography skills
Excellent visual and aesthetic sense
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with D2C, home décor, interiors, fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred
Knowledge of AI creative and content tools is a plus
