Stalwart Facilities is looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM – Operations & Training to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across our facility management and F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Oversee day-to-day operations across FM & F&B sites
🔹 Design and implement effective training programs
🔹 Ensure service quality, compliance and client satisfaction
🔹 Develop and improve SOPs, processes and best practices
🔹 Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams
🔹 Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
✅ Facilities Management & F&B experience is mandatory
✅ Strong leadership and people-management skills
✅ Experience in operations, training and client handling
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Proven ability to manage multi-site/service operations
