About the Role
We are looking for a Nepali-speaking Sales Executive & Relationship Manager to communicate with parents, understand their children's educational requirements, explain our tutoring programs, and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective parents through phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Understand student requirements, year groups, subjects and learning goals.
Explain our tutoring programs, classes, pricing and learning process.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate information in the CRM.
Convert qualified enquiries into successful enrolments.
Build strong relationships with parents and students.
Follow up with existing customers and understand their experience.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams when required.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Meet assigned sales and customer relationship targets.
Requirements
Fluent Nepali communication skills are essential.
Good English communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with parents over phone and WhatsApp.
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, education counselling or relationship management is preferred.
Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads.
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
