About the Role
We are looking for experienced finance professionals with 5–7 years of industry experience in Finance, Investment Banking or Capital Markets. The role involves delivering industry-oriented lectures, developing course content and mentoring students, with a strong emphasis on practical knowledge and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver lectures, practical sessions and case-based learning using real-world industry experience.
• Teach subjects related to Financial Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance and ESG.
• Develop course content, assignments and assessments aligned with industry practices.
• Mentor students on finance-related projects, case studies and practical applications.
• Contribute to curriculum development and industry-oriented learning.
• Integrate industry insights, financial tools and practical case studies into classroom teaching.
Eligibility
• MBA / M.Com in Finance, CA, CFA or an equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
• Strong practical knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance and investment banking.
• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
Preferred Experience
• Prior teaching experience at a university, college or professional institution.
• Experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Asset Management, Capital Markets or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in financial modelling, valuation, financial analysis or investment research.
Employment Options
• Full-time: Regular faculty position based in Bhopal.
• Part-time: Hourly-based engagement, with flexible teaching schedules.
