Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Growth – Business Development and Partnerships role based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on identifying and securing strategic partnerships, driving membership and revenue growth, and expanding brand visibility in North Bangalore. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential partners, designing and pitching collaboration proposals, and managing partner relationships from onboarding through execution. The role also involves coordinating with operations, marketing, and events teams to deliver joint campaigns and experiences that increase footfall and member engagement. The individual will track performance metrics, analyze growth initiatives, and continuously refine BD and partnership strategies to meet business targets.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder interactions, conduct negotiations, and present partnership proposals.
Candidates should possess growth hacking skills to design creative, cost-effective campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
Candidates should possess sales skills to generate leads, close partnership deals, and achieve revenue and membership targets.
Candidates should possess project management skills to plan, execute, and track partnership initiatives across internal and external teams.
Experience in business development, partnerships, or account management in hospitality, sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands is beneficial.
Familiarity with the Bengaluru/North Bangalore market and comfort engaging with local businesses, corporates, and communities is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and maintain a member-centric, service-oriented approach.
