We’re looking for a Video Editor + Motion Graphics Designer who knows how to do more than just cut clips together.
Someone who understands storytelling, pacing, sound, transitions, visual language and motion and can turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.
You’ll be working across The Balance Group, our internal brands, and our clients, creating everything from short-form social content to larger brand films and event videos.

Motion Graphics & Animated Elements
Typography Animations
Transitions, Effects & Visual Enhancements
What We’re Looking For
Strong command of video editing
Good understanding of motion graphics
Ability to edit according to the story, not just the footage
Strong sense of pacing, composition and visual storytelling
Understanding of music, sound design and beat-based editing
Ability to create clean and engaging motion graphics
Comfortable working with raw footage and taking it from footage → final output
Ability to work across different visual styles depending on the brand/client
Good attention to detail and willingness to experiment creatively
Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines
Tools
You should be comfortable with tools such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / Photoshop / Illustrator
You don't necessarily need to master every tool, but you should be highly proficient in the tools you use.
