Senior Full Stack Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Design, implement, test, and operate end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and
data layers.
● Build scalable backend services, APIs, background workers, and integrations that support
customer-facing workflows.
● Develop user-facing experiences using React and TypeScript, integrating them with reliable
backend APIs.
● Design clear service boundaries, data models, API contracts, and asynchronous workflows.
● Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems using queues, streaming, or
messaging technologies where appropriate.
● Work with databases and data services to build efficient, secure, and maintainable data access
patterns.
● Collaborate with product and design to turn user problems into pragmatic technical solutions.
● Improve system reliability through automated testing, observability, performance improvements,
and operational tooling.
● Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, incident response, and engineering-wide
initiatives.
● Investigate production issues across the stack, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
● Contribute to CI/CD, deployment practices, service health, and continuous improvement of the
development workflow.
● Mentor engineers through design discussions, code reviews, pairing, and practical knowledge
sharing.
● Evaluate new technologies when they can improve customer value, developer productivity,
system reliability, or product capabilities.
Must have;
● 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep backend experience and
meaningful production frontend experience.
● Strong experience in at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or Node.js.
● Production experience building and operating APIs, services, background jobs, and integrations
used by real customers or internal production users.
● Strong hands-on React and TypeScript experience, including component design, state
management, data fetching, and integration with backend services.
● Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous processing, queues or
streaming, retries, idempotency, and failure isolation.
● Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases and designing reliable data access
patterns.
● A track record of owning features end to end, from technical design and implementation through
deployment and production support.
● Experience writing automated unit, integration, contract, component, and end-to-end tests.
● Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, observability, and production
monitoring.
● Ability to make sound technical decisions, balance short-term delivery with long-term
maintainability, and explain trade-offs clearly.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience collaborating in
distributed teams.
● A product mindset: you care about user outcomes, reliability, and simplicity, not only code
output.
Good to have:
● Production experience with Go, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, NSQ, or similar
technologies.
● Experience with frontend architecture, design systems, Storybook, accessibility, or highly
interactive data-heavy interfaces.
● Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
● Experience with event-driven architectures, distributed tracing, service-level objectives, or
incident management.
● Experience building data-intensive applications for industrial, IoT, machine health, or enterprise
SaaS products.
● Experience integrating AI or GenAI capabilities into production software, without requiring
agentic AI as a core specialty.
● Experience working with authentication, authorization, auditability, privacy, and secure service-
to-service communication.
