Social media executive - remote

Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Media Executive specializing in AI content creation to manage our brand channels and lead the development of hyper-realistic AI digital influencers.
In this role, you will combine traditional social media management with modern generative AI technologies - handling everything from content strategy and community engagement to generating synthetic video, voiceovers, and digital avatars.
Key Responsibilities
AI Content Generation: Produce short-form video content featuring AI-generated influencers and digital avatars using platforms such as HeyGen, Kling AI, and Runway.
Voice & Audio Production: Generate realistic voiceovers, cloned audio tracks, and speech scripts using ElevenLabs or equivalent text-to-speech tools.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit short-form videos, correct lip-sync alignment, insert captions, and apply visual enhancements using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
Community Engagement: Monitor industry trends, track performance analytics, and engage with followers to increase channel reach and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
Social Media Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing brand accounts and executing content calendars.
AI Tool Proficiency: Direct, practical experience using HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Kling AI (or equivalent generative video and voice platforms) to build digital avatars or synthetic videos.
Video Editing: Proficient in mobile or desktop editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Attention to Quality: Strong eye for visual consistency, natural facial animation, and clear audio output.
