Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Tiroda. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure that work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, supervisors, and contractors, reviewing structural drawings, supporting quality control checks, and resolving technical issues on site. The role also involves maintaining documentation, reporting project status to management, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
On-site supervision and coordination skills, with experience managing daily construction activities.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Quality control and assurance capabilities, including inspection, adherence to standards, and documentation.
Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical application on civil construction projects.
Background as a civil engineer or relevant civil engineering experience on construction sites.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Understanding of safety regulations, site compliance, and basic project management practices.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications, and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
