The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our fast-paced creative wing. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our creative and social media strategists to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
This internship is designed for someone with a solid visual instinct and foundational design skills who wants hands-on agency experience working across diverse brand aesthetics and digital formats.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Digital & Social Creatives: Design scroll-stopping static posts, carousels, stories, banners, and digital collateral tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Concept to Visual: Brainstorm with the creative team to translate campaign briefs, ideas, and marketing goals into clean, effective 2D visual communication.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to client brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, layout hierarchy, and overall tone.
Design Adaptation: Reformat and adapt master creative concepts across various digital sizes and aspect ratios.
Static Content & Shoots: Support basic product/content photography shoots (framing, composition, lighting, and static imagery creation).
Feedback & Iteration: Receive constructive design feedback positively and make quick, efficient iterations.
Trend Spotting: Keep track of emerging visual trends, design aesthetics, and viral content formats across social media.

Visual Thinker: Someone who doesn’t just know the software, but understands why a design works—composition, typography, visual balance, and storytelling.
Learning Mindset: A proactive attitude, eager to pick up new workflows, tools, and agency processes.
Collaborative & Adaptable: Clear communication skills, comfortable working remotely, and open to feedback.
Portfolio Ready: A portfolio or link to your work (academic projects, concept work, freelance designs, or personal experiments) is required.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or a related field (or self-taught with a solid portfolio).
Working knowledge of Figma.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (familiarity with broader Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus).
Knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva.
Familiarity with Affinity tools is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of composition, framing, and mobile/digital-first design formats.
Familiarity with basic photography principles for social content is a plus.
Work Setup & Requirements
Remote-First: Work flexibly from home while staying connected with our team digitally.
Monthly In-Person Sync: Candidates must be comfortable visiting our office once a month for team brainstorms, collaborative reviews, content shoots, and alignment sessions.
