Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Leader located in New Delhi. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, ensure that team performance goals and targets are met, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality outputs. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, monitoring performance, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a collaborative environment for the team to thrive.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively guide and motivate team members.
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability to address challenges and improve workflows.
Proficiency in using management and reporting tools, along with expertise in monitoring team performance metrics.
Prior experience in the home appliances or consumer goods industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Arts
