Role Description The Founding Growth & Partnerships Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic collaborations for CreativeLens. In this position, you will design and execute growth experiments, develop go-to-market strategies, and build and manage a pipeline of potential partners and clients. You will lead outreach campaigns, conduct discovery calls, negotiate partnership and sales agreements, and maintain long-term relationship management with key stakeholders. Day-to-day, you will analyze performance data, refine growth tactics, collaborate with product and marketing teams on messaging and positioning, and oversee key projects from concept to execution. As a founding team member, you will also contribute to overall business strategy, help define processes, and support hiring and team development as the company scales.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make decisions grounded in metrics.
Excellent communication skills for clear writing, persuasive presentations, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Growth hacking experience, including designing experiments, optimizing funnels, and leveraging digital channels for scalable customer acquisition.
Sales skills, including prospecting, running discovery and demo calls, managing pipelines, and closing partnerships or deals.
Experience in business development, partnership management, or startup growth roles is highly beneficial.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards) is a plus.
