Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Executive – Automotive Loans based in Ashta. The role involves generating and managing automotive loan business by identifying prospective customers, explaining loan products, and supporting them through the application and documentation process. The Business Executive will conduct field visits, build relationships with dealers and local partners, and ensure timely collection and follow-up on repayments. Daily responsibilities include evaluating customer eligibility, coordinating with internal teams for loan approvals and disbursements, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also includes promoting Mahindra Finance’s values, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, and contributing to customer satisfaction and portfolio growth.
Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of automotive loans, vehicle finance, and retail lending processes, including documentation and eligibility assessment.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage records, prepare reports, and follow standardized procedures accurately.
Comfort with fieldwork and local travel, and capability to work independently while meeting targets and timelines.
Proficiency in local language and functional English; familiarity with using smartphones, basic office software, and digital tools.
Educational qualification typically at the undergraduate level (commerce, finance, business, or related fields preferred); relevant experience in financial services or automotive sales is an advantage.
High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and compliance requirements.
