Personal Branding & Web Development Intern
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site) /(Hybrid work available)
Type: Full-time Internship
Duration: 2–3 months
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Personal Branding & Web Development Intern to help build and manage a strong professional digital presence across LinkedIn and a personal website.
You will work closely with the founder to understand their background, projects, experience and goals, and translate them into a professional online presence.
What You'll Work On
Personal Branding
Optimize and maintain a professional LinkedIn profile
Develop clear personal positioning and messaging
Research relevant topics and industry trends
Assist in planning and creating LinkedIn content
Develop a consistent content strategy
Website Development
Design and develop a modern, responsive personal website
Build project and experience case studies
Integrate resume, LinkedIn, GitHub and other professional links
Deploy and maintain the website
Improve website performance and SEO
Design & Content
Create LinkedIn banners and visual assets
Design project visuals and case-study graphics
Maintain consistency across LinkedIn and the website
Convert technical/project information into clear, engaging content
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication
Good understanding of personal branding and digital presence
Basic UI/UX and visual design skills
Experience with Figma or Canva
Experience with React/Next.js or equivalent web technologies
HTML/CSS fundamentals
Git/GitHub
Ability to research, take initiative and work independently
Nice to Have
SEO fundamentals
Web analytics
LinkedIn content creation
Framer or Webflow
Previous portfolio/personal-branding projects
Experience creating case studies
