Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the assigned location. The Site Supervisor will coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This role includes monitoring site activities, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining clear communication with management, clients, and team members. The Site Supervisor will be expected to enforce safety protocols, maintain site documentation and reports, and support continuous improvement in processes and service quality. The role also involves training and guiding staff, supporting performance reviews, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate on-site staff.
Experience managing daily operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and workflow oversight.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety standards, compliance practices, and basic incident reporting procedures.
Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare site reports, and use basic digital tools or software.
Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-paced, dynamic on-site environments.
Prior experience in a supervisory or site management role is preferred; experience in facilities, construction, or operations is an advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training related to site operations is beneficial.
Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to operational needs, including occasional extended hours.
