Project Design Intern

Awshar AI is building an India-first AI-powered Social Intelligence platform that helps organizations understand conversations, trends, narratives, and emerging events across the public internet.
We are looking for a Project Design Intern who can work closely with our product, design, and technology teams to turn ideas into clear, functional, and visually strong product experiences.
What you’ll work on:
• Design UI/UX for AI-powered dashboards, intelligence platforms, and internal tools
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Work on data-heavy interfaces, analytics dashboards, and visualization experiences
• Convert product requirements into practical design solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Research modern SaaS, AI, intelligence, and analytics products for design inspiration
• Help improve existing product experiences based on user feedback and testing
• Create supporting design assets, presentations, and product visuals when required
What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
• Good knowledge of Figma
• Ability to create clean, modern, and functional interfaces
• Understanding of typography, spacing, grids, hierarchy, and visual systems
• Ability to work with complex information and simplify it into intuitive interfaces
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and willingness to iterate based on feedback
• A portfolio or examples of your design work are preferred.
Nice to have:
• Experience designing SaaS, AI, analytics, dashboards, or B2B products
• Basic understanding of data visualization
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Motion design or prototyping experience
