We’re hiring: Sales & Marketing | 50% Commission

We’re looking for motivated people to promote our America 250 “Be the Change” module to organizations, communities, universities and schools across the United States.
Whether you have sales and marketing experience or are eager to develop these skills, we’d love to hear from you.
As America marks its 250th anniversary amid division and polarization, the module promotes compassion, social cohesion and wellbeing. This is an opportunity to move beyond being a bystander and put your time and talent toward a mission of peace.
• Your role: connect with organizations and community leaders, introduce the module and generate sales.

Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience identifying and pursuing partnership or funding opportunities.
Consulting and business planning skills, including the ability to analyze needs and craft strategic proposals or implementation plans.
Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder relationship management.
Prior experience in social impact, peacebuilding, community development, or related fields is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a contract-based environment.
Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, CRM or tracking tools, shared documents) and basic data reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, international relations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
