Role Description The Regional Project Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects across a designated region to ensure timely and efficient delivery. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners. The Regional Project Manager will plan and monitor project activities, track progress, handle expediting tasks, and resolve issues that may impact schedules or outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing logistics, conducting inspections and quality checks, preparing reports and documentation, and aligning project execution with organizational goals and standards. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and ensuring consistent adherence to policies and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage schedules, follow up on deliverables, and remove bottlenecks.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks and compliance with project requirements.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize regional operations, shipments, and resource allocation.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience managing multi-site or regional projects, familiarity with digital project management tools, and a track record of meeting deadlines and performance metrics.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment, are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
