We focus on empowering students through innovative tools like PYQ‑based testing points, masterbooks, and guided mentorship programs.We are looking for a proactive Student Coordinator to manage and grow our NEET PG WhatsApp communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with students, promoting educational services, and providing first‑level support to medical aspirants.
Role Description Manage and moderate NEET PG WhatsApp groups.
Approve and onboard new members with structured welcome messages.
Share MedNucleus resources (Masterbooks, PYQ testing points, mentorship offers, courses).
Post regular updates, reminders, and motivational content to keep students engaged.
Provide first‑level support by answering queries and connecting students with mentors.
Track engagement and provide feedback to the core team.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills – clear, empathetic, and student‑friendly.
Strong organizational ability – consistent posting, timely responses, and structured group management.
Understanding of NEET PG exam cycle – awareness of student needs, timelines, and preparation challenges.
Community engagement mindset – able to balance promotion with genuine support and motivation.
Tech‑savvy with WhatsApp features – polls, announcements, pinned messages, and basic analytics.
Problem‑solving attitude – quick to connect students with mentors or escalate queries.
Prior experience in student coordination, academic support, or community management is a plus.
