Healthcare Specialist

Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will support the development, review, and interpretation of health economics and outcomes research content for HEOR Pulse. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing healthcare data and literature, collaborating with experts to translate clinical and economic findings into accessible insights, and supporting training initiatives for internal teams and external stakeholders. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all materials are clinically accurate, aligned with current standards, and useful for healthcare decision-makers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration and participation in team meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
Healthcare and Medicine skills to interpret clinical information and understand health systems and patient care pathways.
EMT and hands-on clinical experience skills to bring practical, frontline perspectives to health outcomes and interventions.
Communication and Training skills to explain complex healthcare concepts clearly and support educational activities for diverse audiences.
Ability to analyze research, interpret healthcare data, and apply health economics and outcomes research concepts.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in medicine, nursing, public health, health economics, or a related healthcare field.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Bengaluru and engaging with multidisciplinary teams.
