Healthcare Specialist

Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur. This role involves providing direct healthcare support and guidance to individuals featured in campaigns, events, or community programs, ensuring their well-being and safety. Day-to-day tasks include assessing basic medical needs, coordinating emergency response when required, and collaborating with internal teams to plan safe, health-conscious activities. The Healthcare Specialist will deliver training and health education to staff and participants, maintain accurate health-related documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare protocols. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders to address medical concerns, recommend preventive measures, and support the organization’s mission of sharing inspiring stories responsibly.
Qualifications
Strong healthcare knowledge and practical experience, including Medicine and Healthcare skills.
Emergency medical capability, preferably with EMT training or equivalent emergency response experience.
Excellent Communication skills to interact with participants, colleagues, and external partners in a clear and empathetic manner.
Ability to provide Training on health, safety, and basic medical procedures to staff and program participants.
Relevant degree or certification in nursing, paramedical sciences, public health, or a related healthcare field.
Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate health records.
Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and access to regional medical networks in or near Bilaspur is an advantage.
