Role Description This full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse roles across Max Group businesses. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and overseeing smooth hiring and onboarding workflows. The role also requires tracking recruitment metrics, leveraging data to improve processes, and collaborating with HR colleagues to align talent acquisition activities with broader people strategies and organizational values.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting across varied functions and levels.
Proficiency in interviewing techniques and structured assessment methods to ensure fair, consistent selection.
Experience with hiring processes, including offer management, negotiation, and coordination with HR and hiring managers.
Exposure to employer branding activities, including promoting the organization across digital platforms and talent communities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and leaders.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines with high quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in corporate or consulting TA roles is preferred.
