Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diploma Engineering Training role based in Prayagraj. The trainee will support engineering and production activities by assisting in mechanical and manufacturing processes, participating in equipment setup, and learning standard operating procedures. Daily responsibilities include observing and following senior engineers’ instructions, maintaining documentation of work, performing basic quality checks, and supporting small project tasks as assigned. The role also involves collaborating with team members, reporting progress to supervisors, and adhering to safety and compliance guidelines at all times. Over the course of the training, the trainee will be guided to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills required for entry-level engineering positions.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly report observations and collaborate with team members.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, troubleshoot basic issues, and support problem-solving activities.
Foundational Mechanical Engineering knowledge, with understanding of core mechanical concepts and tools.
Interest or exposure to Manufacturing Engineering processes, production workflows, and quality standards.
Basic Project Management awareness to assist in planning, tracking tasks, and meeting timelines.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, and work in an industrial on-site environment.
Ability to work full time in Prayagraj and adapt to shift-based or schedule-based operational needs, if required.
