TRAINER for SAP SuccessFactors required to deliver Training
Classroom session in Bangalore for a 3-week training duration.: Monday to friday

Qualifications
Strong SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration, integration, and practical application in financial processes.
Experience in Training delivery for 10 years and related business process flows in procurement and inventory management.
Proven training and facilitation skills, including curriculum development, instructional design, and learner assessment.
Background in consulting or implementation projects, with the ability to translate real-world scenarios into training content.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or a related field; SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach diverse learner groups in a remote environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and comfort with digital tools and learning management systems.
Prior experience in corporate training or skills development programs, especially in emerging or rural markets, is an advantage.
