Job Description – ServiceNow Now Assist & Agentic AI Developer (5–7 Years)
Technical Responsibilities
• Create AI-powered workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications and reusable AI components.
• Develop REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Configure enterprise knowledge repositories for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Build intelligent agent workflows utilizing enterprise data sources.
• Implement AI governance, monitoring, and performance controls.
• Support deployment, testing, and optimization of AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
