As a Senior Practice Improvement Lawyer, you will leverage your legal expertise, project management capability and strategic insight to lead complex practice improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and quality of legal services across Crown Law. With a focus on innovation, continuous improvement and contemporary practice, you will design and implement frameworks, processes and solutions that deliver measurable organisational outcomes.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will apply sound judgement, strong analytical skills and a solutions-focused approach to manage competing priorities in a complex legal environment. Collaboration is central to the role, requiring close engagement with the Deputy Crown Solicitors, senior legal practitioners and key stakeholders to drive change, support implementation and achieve successful project outcomes.
Working alongside technology, corporate and legal professionals, you will contribute to a culture of professionalism, innovation and continuous improvement.
