Junior Accountant

G.S.N Digital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage daily financial records for our digital products and e-commerce operations under the guidance of management and our external CA/auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, refunds and payment-gateway transactions
• Match customer orders with supplier purchase records and delivery details
• Reconcile bank accounts, digital payment gateways and supplier statements
• Maintain invoices, receipts, transaction records and supporting documents
• Convert and record foreign-currency purchases accurately in NPR
• Track supplier balances, prepaid balances and outstanding payments
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, cost and profit reports
• Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records
• Assist with VAT, TDS, tax filings, annual audit and other compliance work
• Coordinate with the company’s CA/auditor and provide requested documents
• Identify missing, duplicated or unmatched transactions
• Maintain complete confidentiality of company and customer information
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing in BBS, BBA, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation and accounting principles
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to work carefully with high-volume online transactions
• Strong attention to detail, honesty and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with e-commerce, accounting software or payment reconciliation is preferred but not mandatory
