Role Description The Retail Store Manager at Cop Your Drip is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand standards. The Store Manager leads and motivates the store team, sets performance expectations, and supports staff through coaching and training to provide excellent customer service. They monitor sales targets, analyze store performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves handling customer concerns, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, coordinating with head office on promotional activities, and enforcing retail loss prevention practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive in-store experience and build lasting relationships.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with management.
Candidates should possess Store Management skills to oversee operations, staffing, merchandising, and sales performance.
Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to safeguard inventory, minimize shrink, and ensure compliance with store policies.
Relevant experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, footwear, or streetwear, is highly beneficial.
Ability to lead diverse teams, manage schedules, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and basic numeracy skills to handle cash, reports, and inventory.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
