We're Hiring! - Interior Designers and Senior Interior Designers
Location: Bengaluru
Experience - 6 months to 2 years
We're on the hunt for dynamic Interior Designers who not only have a flair for design but also the confidence and skills to drive sales. This role is perfect for individuals who love creating beautiful spaces and building strong client relationships that convert!
What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design needs
• Present mood boards, design concepts, and 3D visuals
• Handle design discussions with a clear focus on conversions
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
• Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the sales & design journey
What We're Looking For:
• Background in Interior Design or Architecture
• Proven experience in sales or customer handling
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Immediate joiners preferred!
