Role Description The Architect role at Ratashila - India is a full-time, on-site position based in Haldwani. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs and drawings, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure design intent is met. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing design presentations, supervising documentation, and assisting in site evaluations and inspections. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate architectural solutions with overall project plans, budgets, and timelines. The Architect is expected to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards while contributing to innovative and practical design outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design documentation.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate schedules, deliverables, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration awareness when working with design tools, BIM platforms, or project management systems that support architectural workflows.
Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), along with knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Haldwani and participate in client and contractor meetings.
Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Architecture and registration or eligibility for professional licensure, with prior experience in architectural projects considered an advantage.
