Role Description The Human Resources Intern at Indeva Studio will support daily HR operations and assist in maintaining a positive, organized workplace. This is a hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks as assigned. Responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and helping to implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will also contribute to organizing employee benefits documentation, coordinating basic personnel management tasks, and supporting HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions in a creative studio environment.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR activities.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist in policy documentation and benefits coordination.
Basic skills in Personnel Management to help with employee records, onboarding, and general HR support.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and respectful approach to confidential information.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating initiative and willingness to learn.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
